My Name is Lisa and I’m creative drive behind Pretty Paper Play.
Tired of bland and boring greeting cards? Fed up with not being able to find a card to convey just the right sentiment? This is why I created Pretty Paper Play!
Whether you’re looking for something traditional, modern, fun, sazzy or heartfelt. LOOK NO FURTHER! At Pretty Paper Play you will find it ALL. We create truly one-of-a-kind greeting cards AND we make most elements of our cards from scratch!
We are TRULY handmade! From the card base, to the final finishes.
Need a personalized card? Most of our cards can be personalized! Just send us a message telling us the card to be personalized and we'll check the suitability with our art department.
Can't find exactly what you're looking for? Why not allow us to create a card specifically for your occasion with our bespoke card service. Send us a message and we’ll discuss your requirements with you.
We take great pride in our creations and we only use the highest quality papers and cards, all of which carry the FSC mark( Forest Stewardship Council). Meaning all wood based products are made with, or contains, wood that comes from FSC certified forests, or from post-consumer waste. We also make sure that we recycle and use almost all of the paper we purchase, either in forms of packaging, or by recycling into hand made paper for future use in our creations.
When you purchase a card from us, you are not only receiving a beautiful, unique card, but many of our cards contain hand painted water color art works. These can be used and framed as individual pieces of art and enjoyed for years to come.

Postage and payment.
Payment for all cards MUST be made PRIOR to your card being dispatched. For security reasons we prefer to use Paypal for payment. However, other options are available. Please follow the prompts at the Etsy checkout. Standard postage is included in the price you pay. We can upgrade if required, just pop us a message first.
Returns are accepted. Please contact us first. Returns must be returned within 7 days , unopened and in original packaging. Buyers are responsible for the return postage cost.
Cancellations are NOT accepted.
Bespoke and personalized cards are not refundable. You will have the opportunity to view your item several times prior to the final make up and posting. Please ensure you are completely happy with the design, colors etc. Do not be afraid of changing anything. We want you to be THRILLED with your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us. We will do our best to try to rectify any issues within our power. Once posted, your purchase becomes the responsibility of Royal mail. However, we will still happily try to help you. Please be patient. Royal mail have procedures that they must follow and these are out of our control. Where possible, in the event of a lost item and after a claim has been made to Royal Mail, a full refund will be offered. Replacements can not be sent as our cards are unique and can not be replicated.
All creations are my intellectual property and as such should not be copied or re sold.
