The windmill dates from the 19th century, built by J Redford in 1866, and is Grade II listed. It is a landmark in this area of the fens and the tower and white dome can be seen for miles. This peaceful rural setting provides the perfect countryside backdrop for any wedding, party or corporate event. The event space at Swavesey Windmill is to the rear of the property and can comfortably host up to

120 people depending on the event format. We also provide access to generous outside space surrounding a pond and a pontoon overlooking the water. We have full catering facilities and a licensed bar. We are extremely flexible in helping you to plan for your event and how you use the space. We are able to provide catering and other services or to work with your chosen suppliers.
