At JEZ, flavour starts with our homemade green seasoning — freshly prepared and packed with the herbs and aromatics that form the base of so many of our dishes.

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at how we prepare our chicken before it becomes that flavour-packed JEZ jerk chicken you see on our catering tables. 😋

We believe the difference is in the preparation. No shortcuts — just proper seasoning, time and plenty of Caribbean flavour.

100+ guests. A last-minute booking. And a fantastic response. ❤️

We recently had the pleasure of catering for a special event in Sandy for over 100 guests.

On the menu:

A few empty tables, a blank space and a whole lot of work behind the scenes… transformed into the JEZ private catering experience for Liza and her guests. ❤️
From the burgundy and gold styling, florals and finishing touches to a full spread of authentic Guyanese food — every detail came together to create something special.

And after all the setting up, cooking, carrying, arranging and last-minute adjustments 😂… seeing that final table made it worth it.
