As the events industry starts to quieten down at this time of year, we’re getting busier!

With more projects starting and contracts already secured into next year, Synergy Crew Ltd is looking for more experienced people to join our teams.

We’re looking for:

🔹 Marquee Foremen – minimum 10 years’ industry experience
🔹 Experienced Marquee Erectors / Structure Installers
🔹 Experienced crew based in Europe

We’ve got a growing workload across the UK and Europe and are looking for reliable, experienced people who know the industry and can get stuck in.

For Foremen, we need people who can confidently run a crew and take control of large marquee and temporary structure builds and dismantles.

We’re looking for experienced marquee & tent erectors to join our team in Spain for an immediate start.

🔥 Approximately 10 weeks’ work (with a short break in the middle of the project)
🔥 7 days per week
🔥 Good rates of pay
🔥 Immediate start
🔥 Must be prepared to work in hot conditions
🔥 Telescopic Handler and/or MEWP (Cherry Picker) tickets would be an advantage

🏁 MADRID FORMULA 1 PROJECT UPDATE 🏁

It's incredible to see how far this project has come.

Synergy Crew Ltd is proud to be helping deliver the temporary hospitality structures for the inaugural Madrid Formula 1 Grand Prix at the brand-new MADRING circuit.

The photos show the journey from the very beginning, through the current build stage, to the finished vision of what these incredible structures will become.

We're currently constructing two of the event's flagship hospitality venues:

🏗️ Pit Lane Hospitality

A 30m x 163m triple-deck hospitality structure running alongside the pit lane, providing guests with unrivalled views of the teams, garages and all the racing action.

🏗️ La Monumental

A quadruple-deck hospitality structure overlooking the spectacular banked La Monumental corner, offering 360-degree panoramic views of the circuit and surrounding venue. This will become one of the most iconic hospitality locations at the inaugural Madrid Grand Prix.

These are landmark structures on one of the biggest new sporting events in the world, and we're incredibly proud that our team is playing a key role in bringing them to life.

SYNERGY CREW LTD CHOSEN TO HELP DELIVER THE INAUGURAL MADRID FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX ON THE BRAND-NEW MADRING CIRCUIT

Synergy CrewLtd is proud to have been selected to help deliver temporary structures for the inaugural Madrid Formula 1 Grand Prix.

We are now recruiting hardworking and reliable crew members to join our team on this landmark project, helping to construct a range of temporary event infrastructure, including double, triple and quadruple-deck hospitality structures.

In addition to the Madrid Formula 1 project, we have opportunities available on a number of other exciting projects across Europe and the UK throughout the year.

Start Date: Within the next 2 weeks
Duration: Approximately 4 months in Madrid, with ongoing opportunities available afterwards.

Preferred Experience (Not Essential)

• Construction experience
• Temporary structure / marquee installation experience
• Double, triple and quadruple-deck structure builds
• Steel building experience
• Telehandler operators
• MEWP operators

While the above experience is advantageous, we are primarily looking for people who have:

• A positive attitude
• A strong work ethic
• Reliability and a willingness to learn
• The ability to work as part of a team
• The ability to work in hot weather and challenging site conditions
