Amazing!

This is 'hands down' 😉 my most popular recipe each and every year since I first made it in 2014 on my blog Castellon's Kitchen and here on GAH. And you can see why...who doesn't love a realistic looking Amputated Arm to serve at their Halloween get together? It's a gruesome cheese platter that's made with a mixture of goat and cream cheeses stuffed with roasted red peppers, mozzarella paninos for the arm and fingers all covered in realistic looking proscuitto skin. It's disgustingly delicious! 🔪

Hi 👋 I'm Alex Porter, 24 originally from Southampton, I found my career here in Surrey. Since training with the most amazing chefs in breathtaking places, I have served elite sports teams and corporate business through Lainston House - Wi******er, and Pennyhill Park Hotel - Bagshot for 6 years. I now pursuit my passion with this very business whilst serving as a chef for the Royal Military Academy - Sandhurst.
I'm so proud to have come this far in recreating my food ambitions, I hope with this business I will have the opportunity to spark a passion for food in others and build confidence in using local produce. Not only do I wish to support small businesses, through my service I offer to donate a percentage to one of the charities that mean a lot to me - such as the Autism Trust Camberley or Little Narcies.

It feels amazing to create something for yourself and to have others believe in it as much as I do. 💙
