Our final event of 2025 and boy was it a rather spectacular one, Christmas on The Farm.

What did we do:
🎄Mrs Claus’ Craft workshop with cookie decorating & lantern making
🎄snow fun
🎄a festive feast
🎄Winter Wonderland Woods with The Snow Queen, marshmallow toasting & snow bubbles, festive walk through with sound effects, lighting, Christmas scenes, lasers and snow
🎄a Visit from The main man himself - Father Christmas with personalised children presents
🎄a jolly good time with some rather big grins all round

This really is a special night, and seeing the children’s faces is the icing on the cake!

We’d love to be a part of your Christmas tradition next year.

Come set up an easy Grinch themed movie night with Jo!

Winter evenings call for a little festive treat, with Steve’s favourite festive film being the original Grinch , Jo decided to pop together a little surprise whilst he was out with clients.

A little help from 2 little Grinches, the new Mc Donald’s Grinch meal! And hey presto cosy festive night to remember

Oxshott you really were spectacular!

What a night, what a switch on, so many thank yous, but it really has to be said we can’t do this without all your support

Thank you for turning out to see us rain or shine, we bring Santa, the snow, the food, the shopping but without the crowds it wouldn’t be worth it!

Thank you to and family for switching on this year’s lights and to , , .jay for joining us this year.

The night was capture perfectly by , thank you Jasmin the memories are epic.

All profits from this years grotto is going to local children’s charity

The only limit is your imagination.....

Session Event hire was born from lockdown, our main business Session Music which we have run for over 30 years like everyone hit hard by the 2020 lockdown and UK pandemic, so we decided to use our years of experience and passion for films and parties to create our new branch of our business - Session Event Hire. We are a family run business with passion for our craft. Run by Steve and Jo Oates we each bring different experience and expertise to the table. Steve has over 25 years experience in audio, lighting and visual equipment, specialising in home and venue installations and has worked with karaoke for the length of his career, whilst Jo brings luxury brand and events marketing to the business from a career in 5* spas, hotels and sporting events not forgetting marketing within the worlds second largest visitor attraction - Merlin Entertainments - between us we know how to create magical moments and give your event the edge.

For many years our passion has been film, so we’ve invested in the very best equipment, we want to create the best cinematic experience possible in your garden or home. Our 140” inflatable HD outdoor screen or our 120” automatic HD screen, paired with our 5500 ANSI lumin HD projector and your choice of HD sound wireless headsets or speaker system with subwoofer create the automophere - you’ve just got to pick the movie!
