From the Heart Food Co. started with my grandad’s restaurant. I grew up watching him from the kitchen door, seeing how he looked after people by feeding them.
That’s what I try to do now with every event. It’s not just about the food looking beautiful, it’s about people feeling cared for, relaxed, and a little bit spoiled.
