Harrowbarrow and Metherell residents, there is another village scarecrow competition being organised by the WI running from Monday 2nd June until Sunday 8th June. This year's theme is Alice in Wonderland. Please give it a go and create something wonderful for a trail around the village. Free to enter, please register your scarecrow with Kathy Thomas by email to [email protected]
Then a trail map will be created marking out all the entries and available to purchase from the Post Office. Finally, the winner of the Scarecrow competition will be announced at the hall table top sale and car boot sale at 3pm on Sunday 8th June. The sale starts from 12pm, please see the attached details to book a table or just turn up for the car boot.

Next Saturday 9th December please join us along with Harrowbarrow School for our party afternoon - switching on the Christmas lights, enjoying mulled wine with performers on stage and of course a visit from Santa, arriving in Harrowbarrow-style on his North Pole Tractor! Hope to see you there! ☃️🎅😁
