Forget the traditional sit-down wedding breakfast. We like to get everyone involved.

Our Social Dining Experience is all about generous sharing, big plates and food that gets people talking.

Think tables loaded with beautiful salads, seasonal vegetables, seriously good potatoes and plenty of sides, followed by your choice of delicious meats being carved and passed around the table.

No stiff courses. No waiting around. Just great food, good conversation and a little bit of theatre. 🥂

It’s relaxed, generous and designed to bring your guests together — because food tastes better when it’s shared.

PICKLED PUMPKIN X THE SHACK REVOLUTION

Some venues just have it — and The Shack Revolution in Hereford is very much one of them.

Last season, we had the pleasure of catering Charlotte & Will’s wedding at this seriously cool venue, bringing the Pickled Pumpkin treatment to a day that was every bit as memorable as the setting. 🍽️🥂

Great food, brilliant people and a venue with plenty of character — pretty much our favourite combination.

A huge thank you to the Shack Rev team for the collaboration, the warm welcome and for letting us do what we do best. 🤝

And of course, a massive thank you to Charlotte & Will for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. It genuinely means a lot to the whole Pickled Pumpkin team. ❤️

Kirsten & Nathaniel | St Tewdrics House 🤍

A beautiful celebration at the stunning St Tewdrics House, with a menu created around elegant presentation, seasonal ingredients and bold flavour.

Guests were welcomed with crispy miso pork belly, jerk duck spring rolls, arancini and whipped goat’s cheese tarts, before moving into a beautifully considered plated menu.

From watermelon, whipped feta and wild honey to miso beef shin croquettes, followed by a choice of lamb tagine, pan-fried cod or buttered gnocchi with burrata.

Finished with a trio of **blackberry & mango sorbet, Solero posset and vanilla crème brûlée crumble.

Beautiful food, beautifully served, in one of our favourite wedding settings.

✨ A day to remember for Tom & Sophie at Whole House ✨

Last week, we had the pleasure of catering Tom & Sophie's beautiful wedding at the stunning Whole House—and what a day it was!

Guests enjoyed a selection of our handcrafted canapés before sitting down to perfectly plated roast mains, with a choice of succulent Welsh beef or tender roast chicken, served alongside all the seasonal favourites. To finish, everyone indulged in our elegant trio of plated desserts—the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable celebration.

A huge congratulations to Tom & Sophie. Thank you for letting us play such a special part in your day. It was an absolute pleasure to celebrate with you and your wonderful guests.

Guests were welcomed with a selection of our handcrafted canapés, before tucking into one of our signature sharing BBQ feasts—packed with smoky flavours, seasonal sides and plenty to go around. To finish? Our indulgent sharing dessert tables, because no wedding should end without something sweet.

Relaxed, interactive and bursting with flavour, this menu was all about bringing people together over incredible food.
