Our beautiful Princess Margaret Junior Suite offers an elegant, relaxing space surrounded by British Royal Family memorabilia.

We particularly love to share some of the official wedding gifts from HRH Princess Margaret and Lord Snowdon's wedding that feature in this room.

HRH Princess Margaret was a regular visitor to Plas Dinas Country House and was much loved by the local community.

We started the day a little battered by the storm, but it cleared to reveal beautiful summer sunshine which is set to stay with us for at least a week.

It was a big team effort to recover the gardens after the storm this morning, but we did it.

We love our gardens and these beautiful flowers. In just 5 weeks we will receive thousands of spring flowering bulbs to add to our beautiful collection that bloomed this year. It was truly beautiful from late February.

Mondays are our day of refresh where we close afternoon tea, paint, deep clean and move forward and catch up on kitchen prep. We are forever grateful to each of you for supporting our beautiful business. We love Plas Dinas and could not do what we do without your support.

We have had the pleasure of working on such beautiful weddings once again this year, all varying in sizes from elopements to intimate weddings, decadent foodie weddings to full on floral designed marquee weddings. Whilst we only work on a small number of weddings each year, we certainly do them in style.

Today's the day and it is all change in the kitchen as we welcome a new month which of course means a new menu. Head Chef Daniel ap Geraint has been working his magic on our absolutely delicious August menu. What an exciting month ahead!

Our team of talented chef's are busy preparing for another month of mouth-watering, delicious dishes using only the best in seasonal ingredients.

Introducing Liam ⚜

Liam is one of the Assistant Managers here at Plas Dinas Country House. He is part of a very special team who we are very fortunate to spend our days with. Our Plas Dinas family.

Liam has now been working alongside us for a few years and has become a familiar and popular face for those that have joined us for Afternoon Tea and of course during breakfast service.

One of newer designs at Plas Dinas Country House is the exquisite Lady Armstrong-Jones room, a Superior Deluxe retreat that epitomizes relaxation, comfort, and elegance.

Following a sumptuous 9-course dining experience at The Gunroom Restaurant, guests can unwind in this beautifully appointed room with stunning bathroom design.

Lady Armstrong-Jones, a significant figure in our estate's history, was the mother of Ronald and the wife of Sir Robert, a distinguished physician and psychiatrist, whose adjacent bedroom is a poignant reminder of their enduring love. Despite their passing just four months apart, their legacy continues to inspire our country house. We are thrilled to share this stunning room with you in the coming seasons.

Our team of chefs are working incredibly hard to deliver exceptional dishes, making use of local, estate grown produce. You are a remarkable team and we wish you all the best in reaching your MICHELIN star and further rosettes. We promise to do all we can to support you. This is such an incredible achievement. This award covers the whole experience from the 11 individually designed bedrooms that our exceptional housekeeping team cherish and lovingly prepare each day to our popular afternoon tea and dining experience.

We have had such a wonderful week so far with absolutely glorious weather, we have welcomed so many wonderful guests from around the world and we had the pleasure of hosting the beautiful wedding of Manon and Ifan on Thursday. We were blessed with such gorgeous warm weather that is set to continue for at least the next week. Manon and Ifan had the most beautiful, intimate foodie wedding surrounded by such lovely family and friends. Manon looked truly sensational.

We only work on a small number of weddings each year, but we put so much effort into personalising our weddings and really ensuring attention is paid to celebrating the couple with how we plan the day itself.

We were so busy on the day that Annie didn't get chance to capture any sneak peeks of the set up, so the image here is of Kara and John captured by whilst we await some of Manon and Ifan.

We are so grateful to be part of such wonderful memories.

There are so many adventures right on our doorstep here in North Wales. One of our favourite places to visit is Llanddwyn Island which is just a short drive from the hotel. During the summer months you will find a family of wild horses on the island and it offers you daily opportunities to see incredible wildlife.

The island can actually be seen from the mount here at Plas Dinas Country House.

The island is certainly a must to add to the North Wales bucket list, but do watch the tide times.
