Today's dish was an assessment for my meat course element for my Italian menu it was Tagatelli and meatballs for the assessment today. The pasta was all homemade from start to finish and the meatballs were Conist of flavours from the shallots and tomato Sauce and Basil and oregano I am really pleased with how well I did today πŸ’™πŸ’™
