Offering a wide range of events and activities for all ages,
We are also a licensed venue for Civil Ceremony weddings and Evening Receptions. Inside you’ll find our Restaurant & Bar, Pavilion Kitchen and Ice Cream Parlour which offer a delicious range of food and beverages, as well as The Gallery in the Gardens and Buxton Brewery in our Retail Arcade. The Restaurant & Bar is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious freshly prepared meal served to you at your table. Whilst the Pavilion Kitchen offers a quicker solution with a range of hot drinks, sandwiches, pizzas and snacks. In The Ice Cream Parlour, you’ find a range of unique Ice Cream flavours on offer! The Gallery features stunning work from over 40 members of High peak Artists which are available to browse and to purchase, ranging from paintings and photographs to ceramics and jewellery. Buxton Brewery offer a range of their ales and more to take home, or an area inside and out to enjoy a drink. Throughout the year the Pavilion Gardens hosts over 100 fairs and events in our magnificent Octagon including local markets, antique fairs, bazaars and fetes. Outside, there are 23 acres of beautifully kept grassland for you to explore, this includes two parks, a lake with boats and even a miniature train! The Pavilion Gardens also includes various room hire options which cater for every need: from a conference meeting, to an award show or even a wedding. The stalls are built and the Octagon is nearly ready! 👀

The wonderful traders have been busy all day setting up their displays for the Autumn Buxton Decorative, Antiques & Art Fair, opening tomorrow morning at Pavilion Gardens.

With specialist dealers bringing antiques, fine art, jewellery and decorative treasures from across the UK, there will be plenty to discover.

Running from this Friday, September 18th to Sunday, September 20th at the beautiful Pavilion Gardens in Buxton, this is your chance to explore the UK's longest-running art and antiques fair. With over 40 fine art and antiques dealers offering a superb range of treasures—with prices from under £50 to over £50,000—there is something for every collector, interior designer, and art lover! 🖼️💍🪑

Exciting news for High Peak families! The High Peak Baby Bank is back with their fantastic 'Fill a Bag Sale'. Come along, find some great items for your little ones, and support a wonderful community cause right here at the Gardens.

🛒 Thursday 17th September: Thursday Market
Take a stroll along the promenade and browse our regular Thursday Market! It's the perfect opportunity to pick up local goods, chat with friendly stallholders, and enjoy the fresh Derbyshire air.
