With things getting busier than ever (weddings, corporate events, tipi installs – you name it!), we knew it was time to bring someone on board to help share all the magic we’re up to behind the scenes. ✨

Aimee’s here to keep our socials fresh, fun, and full of inspo 💡—because we’re way more than just a few cool tents (although… they are very cool 😎).

Also known as Megan’s mum — but around here, she’s our behind-the-scenes superhero. 🦸‍♀️

With 20 years of experience in accounts and management (yes, she’s basically an Excel wizard), Charne kept things ticking like clockwork until the company she worked for sadly had to close its doors. But lucky for us, Megan & Jack knew exactly who to call when it came time to tackle the most important jobs no one ever sees — payroll, invoices, staffing hours, accounts… the list goes on.

Now she's the glue that holds the numbers together and keeps the chaos at bay — and we couldn’t be happier to have family in this never-ending, absolutely essential role. 💼❤️
