These are all the things that were left following the closure of our shop. Is there anyone that would be interested in purchasing these? There are approximately 30 wooden dress hangers (may be more when I've finished sorting out). There are between 30 and 40 cushions which we used to put on the hangers so they hung inside the dresses giving them more shape when on the rails. There are over 20 plastic veil hangers. There are a variety of headpieces, lovely jewellery pieces - necklaces, bracelets, earings and broaches. There are a variety of clear perspex stands useful for shoes, tiaras and jewellery pieces. If anyone knows anyone out there that might be interest in these, please get in touch.

These are the shop sample Bridesmaid dresses which would make beautiful Prom/Evening dresses. They are all either LouLou/Angel bridal or Belsoie by Jasmine Bridal. These are the actual dresses we have.
Sizes are detailed on each picture and the designers size chart gives the following measurements (all in inches):
LouLou Size 12 - Bust 35 Waist 28 Hip 38.
LouLou Size 14 - Bust 37 Waist 30 Hip 40
Belsoie Size 10 - Bust 35 Waist 27 Hip 37.5
Belsoie Size 12 - Bust 36 Waist 28 Hip 38.5
Belsoie Size 14 - Bust 37.5 Waist 29.5 Hip 40
Belsoie Size 16 - Bust 39 Waist 31 Hip 41.5
Belsoie Size 20 - Bust 43.5 Waist 34.5 Hip 43
All are in very good condition - a lot of the Belsoie strapless ones have the choice of adding shoe string straps to them. Any known problems are listed with each dress.
They are all available for sale but with no returns accepted. We are open to reasonable offers as a bulk lot or individually. Please feel free to PM. If the dress looks slightly creased, please don't panic, they have been packed away in boxes since October! They will all press up beautifully.

We used to get fabulous comments on our window displays. We now have all the materials for sale. If you know of anyone that might be intesested please tag them and ask them to inbox. We are wanting to sell them as a job lot. They work great for valentines, easter, summer, autumn and christmas. Every season covered. Please like and share to get word around.

Well that's it!

The end of an Era for Holcombe Brook.

We have just closed the doors to Bellissima for the last time.

Thank you again to all our customers who have given us some amazing stories over the last 25 years.

Thanks for the unforgetable moments we have experienced and for all the lovely comments we have received. We will still be here on facebook and hope that the weddings yet to happen will be shared with us.

The last week is upon us and we still have a few fantastic gowns left.

We have appointments still available for our final days this Friday and Saturday.

We will be open from 10am until 5pm on Friday and Saturday then that's it!

It is with great sadness and sorrow that we are announcing the hardest decision we have ever had to make. After 25 years in business, Bellissima is closing it’s door for the last time at the end of September.

We have been working tirelessly over the last 6 months but have been unable to negotiate a new lease under the terms we feel we need for the business to suceed in the future and with the economic climate still looking very uncertain for the next few years we believe it is the right thing to do.

We have tried to make sure that we have contacted all the brides that this affects directly - please accept our sincere apologies if we have missed you and do get in touch as soon as possible.

We have worked extremely hard with our designers and none of our brides will lose out and their dresses - everyone will receive their chosen gown at no extra cost to themselves.

As we start to wind down the business, there are going to be some amazing dresses available at sale prices, please feel free to come along and view the dresses over the next few weeks, if you are interested in purchasing a sample gown.

We are now open only 3 days a week, which are Monday, Friday and Saturday. You can make an appointment via email:

This sale will mark the End of an Era. We don’t think there is many people will remember Holcombe Mews without Bellissima being there.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been a part of our journey. To Nicola & Suzanne who started the business; to our seamstresses Roz, Eileen and Christine who have worked some miracles over the years; to Debbie who worked with us if only for a short time; to our designers who have supplied us with some stunning dresses; but mostly to our customers. You have given us some wonderful memories that will be with us forever; some sad, some funny, some extremely stressful but mostly very, very fond and happy ones - thank you.

Please help us to send Bellissima out on a high by liking and sharing our page. This way brides to be can take advantage of some of the remarkable dresses we have available in the sale.
