What I’m cooking with this month; Rhubarb, celeriac, forage herbs, parsnips and sprouting broccoli.

We are finally coming out of the long food gap where UK produce is very limited. Excited to see some nettles, few flowered leek and wild garlic popping up which I will be now including in my dishes. Also the return and last of these beauties…

Ely markets this Saturday Farmers market there will be a parsnip, orange and date salad with the mezze, and root vegetable and ricotta tarts

Here we go again. Second weekend at for pumpkin madness 🎃 This weekend I’ll be dishing out some Indian spiced Rougham pumpkin soup with a little crispy pumpkin ball and a giant crouton, bhaji burgers, falafel wraps and salad boxes and a whole lot of crispy cauli buffalo. There was pecan treacle tart but we seemed to have eaten it all 😄
