Morning! The sun is shining, perfect day to shop small and treat yourself to some flowers 💐

Just wanted to take some time to explain why its so important to support your local florist.

10 years ago I could buy i decent, long stem tulips for around 7p...... fast forward to today and that same tulips costs me 37p.....some costing 67p a single stem! Once i have added 20% vat my profit margin is so so slim.

I was always taught at college to triple my prices..... to cover the costs of running a shop, paying my wage, paying taxes and allow for inevitable wastage. Would you buy a single stem of tulips for £1.35?

For supermarkets, flowers are an add on, an addition spend, for convenience but for me Flowers are my life.

When you buy your flowers from me you enable me to support my family and you will know that all your bouquets are made with so much enthusiasm and love ❤️
