Nici’s wedding styling journey started with a simple moment of inspiration…

After seeing our collaboration with Flower Design Lichfield, Nici knew that draping would be the perfect way to create the elegant atmosphere she imagined for her reception.

When we met at Alrewas Hayes, we talked through the space, the style of the room and how we could create maximum impact while keeping the design personal to her.

Together we created a soft, sophisticated look — with draped guest table ends as guests entered the room and a statement sweetheart table featuring a beautiful rosette detail to make it feel extra special.

The beauty of draping is that it doesn’t just decorate a table… it sets the mood. It creates that moment when your guests walk in and instantly feel the atmosphere you wanted to create.

Nici added her own candles and large paper flowers to complete the look, making it truly personal to her and her wedding day.

A timeless, elegant design that worked beautifully alongside the beautiful marquee setting at Alrewas Hayes 🤍

This has to be one of my favourite ceremony setups we’ve created. Soft blush, ivory and beige draping, beautiful florals and vintage details all come together to create a timeless English country garden feel. I love how the foliage window peeks through the backdrop, adding another layer of charm. If you’re dreaming of a romantic outdoor ceremony that’s a little different, this is exactly the kind of setting I imagine saying “I do” in. 🤍🌿

So incredibly proud of what we created on Tuesday. Months of planning came together to tell a story inspired by an English country garden, celebrating the beautiful bond between a bride and her chief bridesmaid as they share those precious moments before “I do” and the memories they make throughout the day.

Every detail was chosen to evoke the charm of a bygone era. Softly draped linens, delicate lace, heirloom textures and gentle florals in ivory, beige and dusky blush echoed the beauty of the orangery and its gardens. Even the cake became part of the story, blending seamlessly into the setting as though it had always belonged there.

Nothing was accidental. Every fold was placed with intention, every fabric selected to complement its surroundings, creating a setting that felt graceful, timeless and quietly romantic—with the best suppliers to work with how could it not be the perfect day.

When asked us to create a draped tablescape for their beautiful French tarts, the answer was always going to be yes.

I’d also been hoping to collaborate with for quite some time, so this was the perfect opportunity. Simone’s stunning risers paired beautifully with our soft, flowing draping, finished with delicate touches of vintage lace and hand-crocheted doilies to create an effortlessly romantic display.

Our sister business, , has also supplied the vintage china for this beautiful Bridgerton-inspired afternoon tea event. Our teapots, teacups and cake stands will sit proudly alongside so many incredible details at .

It’s been such a hard secret to keep, but now that the venue has finally been revealed, we can’t wait to share more.

We look forward to showing you our full tablescape and vintage china styling when the professional photographs arrive.

Two different fabric draping styles, both finished with elegant pearl details, on display today at the gorgeous Blackbrook Barns Wedding Showcase. 🤍✨

It was another beautiful collaboration with the fabulous Flower Design Lichfield, and we loved creating this romantic setup together. Seeing everything come together is always so special.

I can’t wait to share the behind-the-scenes content and the professional photos from today’s gorgeous display – they’re going to be stunning!
