It is with equal parts sadness and relief, that I have decided to close down LargeLARP.
Our sister company Hide'n'Teak will be moving their laser production away, and it is no longer viable for me to use the equiptment. With my hand continuing to deteriorate I feel that this is the right time to close down the business and get back to making crafts for fun.

There is still time for me to do a few orders of production items, and I have contacted those customers with outstanding orders for whom I still have contact details, but we all know i'm pretty scatterbrained, so if you have anything outstanding, and haven't been contacted, please get in touch via LargeLARP page asap. (don't phone or e-mail -they're not in use for LargeLARP anymore)

As well as all my customers, I want to thank Ian at Having A Larp, Clare at Sewn By Dragons, Nick at Historical Haberdashers and Debbie for their continued support, between these guys it's made a tiny profit instead of a massive loss.

Also, my friends AfroDave and the rest of squad D who have tolerated all kinds of disruption to their LARPing while I have been talking shop, my mum Lin, who has shared everything I've ever posted to encourage me, and my wonderful husband John of Red Dice Diaries who has put up with the house looking like a bombsite for four years, with projects going in and out.

I will be keeping the largeLARP.com domain for the time being, and will be using it and the page to post about kit and craft projects I'm working on... suggestions for ideas are greatly appreciated.

Had a great weekend at LarpCon UK
huge thanks to all the other traders for making me feel so welcome, and John of Red Dice Diaries for doing the driving and heavy lifting after his 2am tabletop session
really glad people seemed to like the trophies at UK Larp Awards 2017, congratulations to Bard of the year Dred Roberts and Player of the year Rosie Woolley who have been great supporters of LargeLARP, as well as Curious Pastimes who took home three trophies including the 'Large' LARP of the Year award (which is for events of 100 players or more, rather than anything connected to us, even though we made the trophies ;) ) as well the other's who posed for us with their trophies (tag yourselves if you want to guys) and all the other winners.

Having A Larp, Medlock Armoury, Ironheart, Chows Emporium, Dark Flights Art, rebelle, Amber Wolf Workshop, Tink's Tannery, Crucible, Chazbat, Apprentice Games, Historical Haberdashers, Age of Aether, and all the others who's cards i didn't get chance to grab!
