So How was Under the Stars Sleepovers Born?
Everyone loves to party, right? Well my youngest two certainly do!
Cole celebrated his birthday in February. He also wanted to have a sleepover but he really wanted it to be something different.
After lots of research and discussion the idea of camping was the one thing that he really loved. You, like me, are probably thinking that there is no way you would let your child camp outside in the freezing cold temperatures in February! That's when we had the idea of indoor camping. We searched the internet and social media platforms to see what we could find. We found that no one was doing what we were looking for in our local area. So we bought, made and borrowed all the things that were needed for our first ever Teepee slumber party and what a hit it was.
This is when we (and it most definitely was a family affair) realised that there was a market for this type of party. This is when Teepee & Friends Slumber Parties was born.
Tilly is just turning 13 has decided to take us to the next level by informing me that she wants her Teepee & Friends Party in the Garden in a Bell Tent!!
So both Tilly & Cole are as much of a part of the business as I am. So our lovely little business is run by the all of us including my older 2 daughters Tyler & Amber who help with bookings, delivery & set up.
