We are going to be making at least 1 batch of smoked salmon before Christmas. We cure it for longer for a firmer slice and this is what we use for our events.
If anyone would like to pre-order ahead for christmas then drop us a DM or call. We will do pre sliced packs and also whole sides but it will be limited availability as we don't just pump it out but the more orders we know the more we can produce.
150g sliced packs @ £8.25 per pack
Whole sides @ £45.00 per kg (roughly 1.4kg each)
