A Heartfelt Goodbye to Our Cabin at Bradshaws Farm Shop.
After a lot of thought, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to close our cabin at Bradshaws Farm Shop.
This little cabin has been so much more than just a place to sell flowers. It has been part of my journey, my passion, and something I have poured my heart into. I've met some wonderful people, gained loyal customers, and created memories that I will cherish forever. For all of your support, I am truly grateful.
The reality is that over the past few months, life has become increasingly demanding. Trying to juggle running a business alongside family commitments has often meant being pulled in many different directions.
It has been incredibly difficult taking time out for my dad's ongoing treatment, attending school events, and being there for the important family moments while also trying to give my business the time and energy it deserves.
As much as I love what I do, I've come to realise that family has to come first. The school plays, sports days, appointments, celebrations, and even the ordinary days together are moments I don't want to miss. Supporting my dad through his treatment has also reminded me just how precious time is and how important it is to be present for the people we love.
This decision hasn't been made lightly, and there have certainly been tears along the way. But I know in my heart that it's the right one. By closing the cabin, I can focus more on my floristry business from Shenstone, continue doing what I love, and create a better balance that allows me to be there for my family when they need me most.
I would like to thank every customer who has supported me, every person who has stopped by, shared a kind word, recommended my business, or simply followed my journey. Your support has meant the world to me and has helped make this dream possible.
Thank you also to Bradshaws Farm Shop for being part of my story and for providing a wonderful home for my business.
This isn't goodbye—it's simply the start of a new chapter. One where I can continue creating beautiful flowers while making more time for the people who matter most.
Thank you for understanding and for continuing to support me on this journey.
The flowers will continue to bloom in Shenstone, but now I'll have a little more time to stop and enjoy them with the people I love.
