DISCLAIMER – IMPORTANT NOTICE
Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the guidelines and conditions of hire set out below, users should be able to use the inflatable equipment safely. However, accidents can happen.
All Things Inflatable accepts no liability for any injuries sustained or for any loss or damage howsoever caused, except where such injury, loss, or damage is proven to be a direct result of negligence by All Things Inflatable or its employees.
As the equipment remains in the hirer’s possession and control during the hire period, responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage (other than as described above) rests solely with the hirer. It is therefore strongly recommended that the hirer has adequate public liability insurance covering their liability arising from the use of the inflatable equipment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE
If the Hirer (__________________) is in any doubt as to the meaning of any of the following terms and conditions, a representative from All Things Inflatable must be consulted immediately.
1. Responsibility & Supervision
The Hirer will, during the period of hire, be responsible for:
The supervision of the equipment at all times
Its care and safety from damage of any kind, however slight
The behaviour of all persons using the equipment, regardless of age or ability
Children must be properly supervised at all times. Children under school age must use the equipment separately from older children or adults.
2. Access & Delivery
The Hirer must ensure there are no obstacles that may delay delivery or setup of the inflatable.
All Things Inflatable must be notified in advance of any steps, ramps, narrow access points, or obstructions that may affect access to the setup area. Failure to do so may result in delays that affect other bookings.
3. Maximum Age
The maximum age allowed to use this equipment is:

Failure to observe this limit during the hire period will render the Hirer liable for any associated repair or damage costs.
4. Prohibited Use
The Hirer must not:
Use the equipment for any purpose other than that agreed
Sub-hire or allow the equipment to be used unlawfully
The following are strictly prohibited on or near the equipment:
Shoes, spectacles, sharp objects, key rings, metal-studded clothing
Food or drink
Party poppers, coloured streamers, or silly string (these permanently stain the material)
Face paints or glitter
Any damage caused by prohibited items will be charged to the Hirer.
5. Condition & Inspection
The Hirer is deemed to have inspected the equipment and confirmed it is in good condition unless any faults are reported to All Things Inflatable at the time of setup.
All equipment must be clean, swept, and returned in the same condition as when delivered.
6. Hire Period & Collection
Unless otherwise agreed, the hire period is from 09:00 until ________ (normally 17:00).
Collection after this time is at the discretion of All Things Inflatable.
Any obstruction or delay caused by the Hirer or guests (including ball pit balls not being bagged and ready) will be charged at £35 per hour or part thereof.
7. Alcohol, Drugs & Insurance
Public liability insurance is void in its entirety if any claim or injury arises directly or indirectly from the use of alcohol or drugs.
All Things Inflatable accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to these terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
🚫 NO SHOES on foot pools, bouncy castles, or bungee runs
🚫 NO FACE PAINT or glitter on any inflatables
