Every year, I have the honour of creating this incredible special young man's creations for his birthday. I look forward to theme each as his Mom meticulously plans every detail with so much care and love.

This year was tennis. I created a rectangular cake, tennis inspired macarons and doughnuts (which I didnt want to take out of the packaging to keep them as fresh as possible.
