Wow!!! What an amazing wedding yesterday!
Bespoke bbq sharing boards which absolutely need to go on the menu!!!!!! All for 110 people in a marquee in a field. đŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł 17 tables served in under 20 minutes!

Rump and sirloin steak
Lemon and herb chicken breast
BBQ chicken thighs and drumsticks
Crispy chicken wings
King prawn skewers
Corn on the cob
Spiced potato wedges
Greek salad
Pasta salad
Coleslaw
Homemade strawberry cheesecake
Homemade crumble and custard
Chocolate fudge cake

Wow! Yesterdays wedding Walton Castle, Clevedon was out of this world! These people certainly know how to party!
Absolutely privileged to be part of this special day. The bespoke menu was also out of this world!!
150 people fed and lost count of the compliments!!!
Canapés to start:-
Watermelon, Parma ham and feta kebabs
Honey mustard sausages
Devils on horseback
Moroccan falafel bites
Goats cheese, sun-blush tomato and olive melts
Beef Yorkshires with horseradish crĂšme fraiche
Starters
Warm flatbreads with hummus and baba ganoush
Mains
Slow roasted leg of lamb with mint sauce and pomegranate
Shoulder of pork with crispy crackling and spiced apples.
Stuffed peppers for the veggies
Served with
Chickpea salad with peppers, harrisa, smoked paprika and garlic.
Roasted garlic, butter bean and cherry tomato salad with basil
Traditional tabouleh with lots of fresh herbs
Tomato, mozzarella and basil salad.
Desserts:-
Baklava served with crĂšme fraiche
And just to finish things off we also did an evening hog roast.

Friday evening we did a wine tasting dinner with rare fillet of beef and it went down a treat!!!!!
We did a smoked salmon and dill tart with cream cheese and herb dressing, rare fillet of beef with buttered new potatoes with mint. Served with Mediterranean veg salad and tomato and mozzarella and basil salad.
Finished off with homemade strawberry cheesecake.

Wow what a wedding!! On Friday we did canapĂ©s and a 2 course ploughman’s lunch with desserts for 160 plus an evening hog with all the trimmings for 270!
17 tables served 2 courses plus prosseco served for speeches in under 2 hours thanks to my amazing team!!!

This week we catered for 2 weddings and a celebration of life.
Our first wedding was on Thursday at Walton Castle, Clevedon for 65 people. They had a bespoke ploughman’s buffet then pizza in the evening!
Always catering for our Coeliac/gluten free guests separately too! 😍
