A busy weekend for me, thanks to all for supporting my local new buinsess, Sunday saw a buffet lunch for 20.
Some pics of my food....
Serano ham filled with mozzarella, baby plum tomato's & drizzled with balsamic glaze. Pulled pork on a bed of apple slaw sat on a cheese rice cracker. Roasted red Pepper & feta buns. Prawn & crab dressed on cucumber & a chilli rice cracker.
