Kare Raisu (literally means Curry Rice) in Japanese and was yesterday's meal. It was too busy last night for photos so this is replated for the gram.

This a mild curry that has a unique flavour. Savoury with a hint of sweetness. Why sweet? It has apples and a little bit of honey in it!

KFC - Korean Fried Chicken

This was on the menu last night during our Wednesday night catering and it was a hit! One of our regulars even said "Please make this again". It was a rather busy night but it is all worth the stress when you hear such comment.

Serving these famous Burnham Banger tonight at BSC's Wednesday racing night dinner. We still have a limited amount of meals available so book mow to avoid disappointment later. It's a member's club so you either have to be a member or a friend of a member to be able to attend.

Hello! 👋👋

So we finally got to our own Instagram account after almost 7 yrs of trading! And since this is our first post, It's only appropriate to introduce ourselves.

Left: My name is Sharina and I'm from the Philippines. I'm a massive foodie! I am also a Baker and a good cook.

Right: Hi I'm Yim and I'm from Thailand. I love food and will constantly try to new recipes to cook at home. I love foraging and growing my own food!

Together, we are Happy Fusion. We are both feeders (and eaters) and our love of food has brought us together! Between us we can prepare a variety of dishes and cuisines - Not the fancy dishes you find in restaurants but good, tasty, and satisfying dishes.
