Want to rent a space at Queens Hall?
We have a wide range of spaces available to hire for many events or classes!
It’s not only the Queens Hall with the Main Hall, Small Hall and Annex available - we also have the Library and Roundhouse too!
The Queens Hall currently hosts a wide range of classes on a regular basis but it is also available for one off events too! In the past there have been weddings, tribute nights, performances, festivals, parties and craft fairs.
The Main Hall is located on the ground floor of the building with a small mezzanine level and is ideal for larger group activities and is a really flexible space for events. It has a stage with full lighting and sound installed for stage productions. Chairs and tables can be provided and set out any which way possible. Toilet facilities, including an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities, are easily accessible from the Main Hall too.
The Small Hall is also located on the ground floor of the building and is ideal for smaller group activities and events. The room enjoys lots of natural light and has a small kitchenette with serving hatch too. Tables and chairs can also be provided. Toilet facilities, including an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities, are easily accessible from the Small Hall too.
The Annex is the new extension to the Queens Hall building which was added by the Parish Council in 2019 and is an ideal space for smaller group activities and meetings. It has Velux windows installed to the roof which allows a great deal of natural light and also has acoustic panels in the room to ensure that there is no echo when the room is in use. Tables and chairs are also available if required. Toilets, including an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities, are easily accessible from the Annex.
The Library is available for functions, events and meeting outside of normal opening hours. With moveable bookshelves you can create small cosy spaces or larger open areas to suit your needs. The Library car park has two accessible spaces and there are toilets, including an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities, available inside.
The Roundhouse was built in 1840 as a gazebo within the grounds of Burley Grange and was given listed status in 1976. It is available to hire for £5 per hour or £25 per day and has previously been booked for use as a pop-up shop, arts and crafts activities, tea-parties, by music groups and for al-fresco welcome drinks as part of wedding functions at Queens Hall. We can provide hot water and tea and coffee making facilities. If you have any ideas for uses for The Roundhouse, please let us know!
