The indefatigable Sally Martin with her Cessna captured at Gunton Park, Norfolk for 22/4/26 .

I spent a couple of hours with Sally, watching her push her plane out of the hangar (solo, by hand!) and speak with modesty about the sky-bound adventures she and her husband, renowned country house conservationist Kit Martin, have had over the last forty years.

An inspiring role model proving age truly is but a number and no boundary to a full life if you have the will!
