We've got a lovely new dark chocolate and toasted coconut flapjack all ready for the weekend, and we're looking forward to supporting the Lionheart Sportif riders on Sunday. The tower is still open for visitors until the end of the month, the leaves are turning and the sun is still shining. All that, and great coffee? Aren't we lucky? ☺️🍂🌞☕

There's still time to enter the Lionheart Sportive Longleat challenge, organised by Kate and the fantastic team at Pronto Bikes Ltd. After a ten year break the event is back raising money for Motor Neuron Disease. Every entry includes a chance to win a Pinarello bike, and there are also prizes for the King and Queen of the Tower (Kingsettle Hill segment). I'll be supporting as a feed station. Sign up here:
