Season 2, Part 1:

How To Choose The Right Wedding Florist To Enquire With

It can be overwhelming - isn't there a lot of us to choose from?

Start by looking for personal recommendations, ask your friends or family who've recently(ish) married if they loved their experience with their florist.

Better yet, did you see their flowers first hand at their wedding and love them?

After this, turn to Google and search local florists, particularly local to your venue (very relevant if you do not live locally to your venue).

They'll have better knowledge of the area and the venue itself, plus it'll save you £££ on the extra travel and labour costs of shipping a florist halfway across the country.

You can read the full article on how to choose your florist right here:

https://thehoneyseeker.co.uk/2026/02/05/how-to-choose-the-right-wedding-florist-to-enquire-with/

And you enquire directly with me by sending me a DM x

(I cover Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset, Bath, Bristol, and the Cotswolds BTW)

Series 1, Part 4

Using Personal Stories To Guide Your Designs

Let's get really creative with your flowers - you don't need to know the how, you just need to tell me what parts of you and your personalities, the things that make you "you!", you want to share at your wedding - and I'll work the magic.

Don't you want your guests to walk into your wedding and say "This is so _____ and _____ !" (Psssst... Insert your names).

If the answer is "Oh yes!" then be sure to reach out -

Colour!

How thinking about the colours that really click with you - you know the ones, if you were to walk into a room full of *that* colour, you'd feel instantly happy, or relaxed, or excited.

Which feeling do you want at your wedding, and which colour sparks that feeling?

That's a good place to start.

* A story of two souls coming together, told in flowers.

Her: soft blush, vintage pinks, gentle warmth
Him: Deep maroons, rich purples, quiet intensity

And their flowers became a conversation between the two, where pale tones danced around darker notes.
A colour palette that held their contrasts and celebrated how beautifully they balance and compliment each other.
