Another sad goodbye at the beginning of January to Derrick Lacey, a lovely man, and sorely missed son, husband, dad, brother, nephew, friend, and brother in law, our thoughts go out to everyone who knew him, 💚

We had to say a sad goodbye to a lovely mum, gran, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, I knew Avril personally and she was a lovely person, as you can see purple and pink was her favourite colour, our thoughts go out to her family,
Rest in Peace Avril 💜we will all look after Kimberly and the girls xx

The faces behind the flowers 🌹
Some of you know us, some don’t so I thought it was time to put faces to the flowers that are created,
So there’s me ! Hi 👋 I’m Wendy, I started this page, and the flowers when my anxiety was high and I needed a distraction, but truth be told I learned floristry when I was 15 at Telford college in Edinburgh, I done my first wedding when I was 18, amongst other things, then I gave it up to have my family, I worked different part time jobs, between barmaid to shop assistant, then when I was pregnant with Jacob I qualified as a nursery teacher, so I done that for a few years, but when covid hit, no one could really get a florist, so I started again from home to help others reach out to loved ones, and to do funerals, fast forward to now, I love doing new things, I like a challenge and now I have a great assistant who I taught and is a wonderful florist, many of you have seen and recieved her work! (I think she wants my Job 🙈😂) and on that note I will introduce you to my daughter, Courtney 👧

Meet Courtney, her work is amazing, she is kind caring and compassionate, she really puts her heart into her work,
One day she said to me, “mum I don’t mind helping but I’m not doing this as a job” and here she is doing such a wonderful job, she also takes after me and is wonderful with children! But I don’t know what I’d do without her help, right now she’s downstairs finishing off the holly wreaths, she’s done them all herself! Thank you Courtney! 🌹🌺

These flowers were done for a really special guy in our village who was taken too soon, and of course it had to be the one and only Celtic!
Thank you to Courtney for her hard work, and help she is really doing so well with the flowers,

I haven’t posted for a while iv been pretty quiet as I haven’t been well, but I have done some flowers and my daughter Courtney has been doing quite a bit, I will post some up next, I hope everyone is well and enjoying this weather ! 🌞
