A slightly different journey this morning

We’re off to the Kerry Cliffs where we begin a long 2 weeks following a film crew from Cork into Limerick, Galway, Donegal and finishing up at Dunluce Castle

Creating some great food as we go along the journey buying from local areas and creating menus from what the local area can provide.

Long days from being on site from 4am most days to afternoon then searching for the best local produce for the next day.

That’s us ready for tomorrow morning at .
We shared earlier that we would be bringing only
Fresh and only Local produce with us.
Our menu this weekend will feature the finest meat from Tullymore Lodge Farm Shop. Jonny and Chrisy have provided us with prime brisket which we have slow cooked for over 18 hours, we’re also going to be using their burgers which we are super excited about and for our hotdogs we have crafted an absolute peach of a bone marrow ketchup!
This is going to be festival food done the Phat way!

Might only be Tuesday, but this weekend is set up to be a big one as we head to Newcastle for Eats and Beats festival on Saturday and Sunday

What an absolute BELTER of a weekend down in Glenarm at the All Ireland Coastal Rowing Championships.
From word go on Friday afternoon we have been non stop.
545 crews competed along with 1000’s of spectators!
We met some incredible folk with plenty coming back to the trailer time and again!
Huge shout out to the other traders who will 100% be sleeping well tonight!
We’ve a load more events coming this week so watch this space to see what we are up to next!

We are down in Glenarm all weekend at the All Ireland Coastal Rowing Championships 2025.

We are set up in the main courtyard alongside a whole host of caterers with all types of great local produce.

Our Menu this weekend is all about the coast …we’ve gone Fish and chips, Korean Prawns, Garlic Prawns as well as festival favourites of burgers and sausages!

Come down see us. We are here till late every day!

We are over the moon to be Coleraine FC new Catering Partner.
It’s an exciting time for the club and for us to bring what we do best to their fans!

Last night we were honoured to be asked to support Larne Golden Gloves white collar boxing event in aid of Cancer Focus Northern Ireland at Larne Football Club. An amazing event for a cause that these days touches almost all of us in some way. Thank you and Well Done to all involved!
