Whilst being approached for comment regarding Ace Volka’s challenge, Steven Phillips Esq was unexpectedly interrupted by a phone call from SVW management.

From the look on his face… it wasn’t the news he was hoping for.

It appears Steven Phillips no longer has a choice.

After blindsiding Volka following the New Chance Battle Royale at Thunderstruck, the self-proclaimed Premier Attorney of Professional Wrestling has finally been forced to answer for his actions.

Needless to say, Mr Phillips is not pleased.

In fact, he has already begun exploring what legal ramifications this decision could have for SVW management, the officials, the venue, the fans, several local councillors, and possibly the concept of wrestling itself.

But legal objections or not, the contract has been signed.

The match is official.

We are a friendly community market, showcasing local independent artists, craft makers, bakers, growers and more.

Our market is run by volunteers and all the money raised go towards the ongoing repair and maintenance of Hagley Community Centre.

Held on the last Saturday of every month, except December this year when our market will be on the 13th December.

We encourage sustainable actions and ask all our Traders not to use plastic packaging, we offer 10p off hot drinks for customers bringing their own cups and we love to see visitors arriving on foot or by train!

You really do have to come to experience how welcoming this market is! When you’ve finished having a browse, treat yourself to tea and cake from the lovely Hagley WI Cafe.

Our first market ever was in March 2023 and since then it’s been held every month. We have 20+ independent Traders every month and over 400 visitors at every market. Some Traders are new local businesses setting up and we love to help them grow, as well as established businesses. We have had many who’s first ever market is with us.

At Thunderstruck, The Standard shocked the SVW faithful by attacking The Doomsday Brigade during what should have been a heartfelt thank you to the fans, sponsors and supporters.

They demanded recognition.

They demanded respect.

And they laid down a challenge.

The Standard told Doomsday Brigade to find a partner.

Well, they did.

🚨 OFFICIAL SVW MANAGEMENT STATEMENT 🚨

Following the conclusion of the No Holds Barred Tournament of Chaos Quarter Final between Mickey Rowley and Blake Violet at Thunderstruck, Severn Valley Wrestling can confirm that Senior Official Dennis Glenn made the decision to stop the contest and award the victory to Blake Violet.

This decision was made in the interest of competitor safety and to prevent serious or lasting injury to Mickey Rowley after an incredibly physical and violent contest.

Following the referee’s decision, Blake Violet launched an unprovoked attack on Senior Official Dennis Glenn.

Severn Valley Wrestling does not condone violence against our officials under any circumstances.

As a result of his actions, Blake Violet is hereby:

🚫 SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY FROM SVW

Blake Violet is banned from all SVW events and venues effective immediately. The only exception will be his previously scheduled contest against Zac Walker, at which point his status will be reviewed by management.

Further disciplinary measures remain under consideration.

We would also like to wish Senior Official Dennis Glenn a full and speedy recovery following the attack.

SVW officials work tirelessly to ensure the safety of our competitors and fans, and attacks of this nature will not be tolerated.

🚨 OFFICIAL SVW STATEMENT 🚨

Following a thorough review of all available CCTV footage and backstage evidence, SVW management can unfortunately confirm that we have been unable to identify the individual responsible for the reported theft of Gabe Naughton’s Trapstar beanie.

At this time, the investigation remains open, but no conclusive evidence has been found.

We at Severn Valley Wrestling are deeply saddened to hear of this tragic loss and extend our thoughts, prayers and full support to Gabe Naughton and his family during this incredibly difficult time.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the missing beanie is encouraged to contact SVW management immediately.

During the interval at Thunderstruck, Aaron Wolfe and Reed Lahava of The Doomsday Brigade came out to personally thank the crowd, sponsors and supporters for everything Severn Valley Wrestling has achieved so far.

What should have been a heartfelt moment quickly descended into chaos.

Three men in balaclavas stormed the ring and brutally assaulted both members of Doomsday Brigade, leaving them laid out in front of the Hagley crowd.

Then came the reveal.
