Hi Liz,

Hope all is well.

It’s hard to believe that just over a week ago we were at the Lancrigg celebrating in a warm sunny day!

We just wanted to reach out and say a huge thank you for catering our wedding. You’ve been absolutely brilliant to work with in the lead up, and your team were fantastic on the day!

Our guests had nothing but rave reviews about the food, from the canapés, to the wedding breakfast to our late night pizzas. The truck was a huge hit and the girls brought such a great energy to it.

I also want to thank you and the team for setting up the treat table. We were blown away by how it was all put together - it was perfect. To see all my baking displayed so thoughtfully made me quite emotional when I saw it for the first time!

“Hi Liz,

We just wanted to get in touch to say thankyou so much for catering our wedding on 4th April at Low Hall. Sorry we didn't get chance to pop our heads in during the day and say hi and thanks in person. The main meals were absolutely delicious and really good portion sizes; many of our guests commented on how impressed they were with the food and how it was a much bigger portion than they'd had at other weddings. The canapes were also really yummy and the whole day just ran really smoothly.

Catering is obviously such an important part of the day to get right; we are so glad that we chose you. You have been so accommodating all the way through the build-up to the wedding and we are really grateful.

“Amazing Wedding Catering !!

Liz catered for our wedding in March 2026 and I cannot recommend her enough. The food was excellent, the whole process was seamless and Liz made the process so simple and easy.

Nothing was too much trouble, completely flexible to what we wanted. Pizza van at night was a fantastic addition to the wedding and people LOVED it compared to a normal wedding buffet.

On the 22nd of February we had the pleasure of catering a Three course dinner for Harrison & Hetheringtons 100 year anniversary. Over 360 meals were served & a fantastic evening was held by all a great way to start the year!
