Happy World Bee Day 🐝

Humble Bee 28/04/2025
For the loss of the Queen they do weep
Forever her loyalty they still keep
But there is no time for sorrow
For the rest will not survive tomorrow

With no king to step in
Chaos starts deep within
The girls know there is work to be done
Praying for no rain only for sun

The selfless work is here and now
For every bee took a sacred vow
Dancing and diving flower to flower
their tongues so long they do devour

No fight for whom the chosen few
No questioned raised when finding who
No one best no one superior
All are worthy not one inferior

Girl power above the rest
Lives given to protect the nest
It’s not productive to be cruel
It’s all for one and one for all

They feed and they nurture with care
To raise a new queen so strong and fair
Gather, mix the precious jelly royal
No thought to rest, all must toil

We too must have a true hive mind
be there for each other,all mankind
For you and I are all queens to be
Raise each other,like the humble bee.

These lovely ladies have been hard at work making their fabulous Christmas wreaths.
My favourite thing by far is seeing how, with the exact same resources, everyone creates something so different and so unique. 🌿⭐️
