We were very proud to host the Inspire Schools / KM Charity Team Young Cooks competition for the 7th year running. It is always a delight to see how very talented these young chefs are.

It's my time.

After ten years teaching, it's time to hang up my apron.
I've had an incredible time and made some fantastic friends, we have dealt with tragedy together and celebrated excellence as a team. It's been an emotional roller coaster but I have learned from the lows and been wowed by the highs.
The students have been my true inspiration, honing their skills and helping them to see what an amazing industry catering is has been a true honour.
I have been truly humbled by the wonderful messages I have received from students past and present and from my peers across the country, I hold you in the highest regard, thank you. 🙏🏼
To students of Broadstairs Catering (Thanet Tech) past, present and future, I wish you the very best of luck and happy cooking (and serving)...
