Calling for Volunteers...Car Park Gate (Saturday's Event)

We're looking for a few volunteers who would be happy to help manage the car park gate during Saturday's event

If we can get enough people, the role could be split into one-hour slots so no one is tied up for too long.l

We have allocated disabled parking spaces and band members arriving and leaving throughout the day, so the car park will be very busy and space will be limited

If you're able to help for an hour, please let us know. Your support would be greatly appreciated

THIS SATURDAY - MND Party in the Park

Join us on the Summer Solstice and National MND Awareness Weekend for a fantastic day of live music, food, drinks and family-friendly entertainment, all while raising awareness and vital funds for those affected by MND Association Northampton Branch.

Gates open: 2pm
Final band finishes: 9pm

Bring your chairs and picnic blankets and settle in for an afternoon and evening of fun. There will be plenty of food and drink stalls on site and every purchase helps raise even more money for charity, as vendors will be donating a percentage of their takings after the event

If you are travelling from outside Brixworth, please drive carefully, park considerately and be mindful of local residents when arriving and leaving the event

Raffle tickets will be available to purchase on the day and payment by cash, card or phone are all accepted

We can't wait to see you there!

A huge thank you to my lovely mum & step-dad, J&T Walters, for their amazing £200 donation received this morning🥰

There will be QR codes posted around the park on Saturday for anyone who would like to donate, as well as raffle tickets available to purchase by cash, card or phone. While this is a free event for the community, every raffle ticket purchased will help support MND Northampton Branch, and would be greatly appreciated

Thank you all so much for your contributions over the past few months. I have been truly overwhelmed by the support, not only through donations but also through the services, time and effort so many people have generously provided to help make this event a success❤️

Whilst the weather forecast is perfect for us, it is predicted to reach 23°C on Saturday. As the dog show organisers do not allow the event to go ahead when temperatures exceed 20°C, the dog show has been cancelled. However, there is still plenty going on for us humans to enjoy!

This time next week, we'll be welcoming you to MND Party in the Park and we can't wait

Gates open to the public at 2pm

If you're travelling from outside of Brixworth, please drive carefully, be mindful of road safety and show consideration for local residents when parking and arriving at the event

🎟️ Our online raffle closes this weekend, after which raffle tickets will only be available to purchase on the day

This event simply wouldn't be possible without the incredible support of the individuals and businesses who have contributed in so many ways; through financial donations, raffle prizes, ticket purchases, equipment, services and their time both before, during and after the event. Every contribution, no matter the size, has helped make MND Party in the Park a reality
