A small plea from a very small business *smiles nicest smile, uses politest voice 😇

We used to be the worst for buying event tickets last minute - maybe you keep meaning to but don’t get round to it, or it’s in your calendar but you usually buy them nearer the time.

But, since starting Creative Rituals and getting anxiety in the run every workshop, we’ve stopped doing that...

Two weeks to go and only two tickets sold? We’re thinking of cancelling it. We could leave it till the last minute and potentially have an influx of sales, but the stress levels this induces are through the roof 😅

Booking tickets early means:
We’ll have enough craft materials
Our hosts are prepared
Our venues don’t get let down
You’ll get a discount (we always run earlybird prices)

Gather with us and artist Amber Bardell for an afternoon of creativity, reflection, folk traditions and gentle ritual. We’ve been huge fans of Amber and their work for a while, so were thrilled when they agreed to co-host one of our upcoming Mabon workshops 🥹

Amber works with mixed media paintings and ceramics to celebrate the wisdom of the natural world, and creates paint from natural pigments like foraged rocks and soil to bring them closer to the Earth. You’ll be using these beautiful textured paints to create folk art under Amber’s guidance, playing, experimenting, and connecting with nature in your own way.

Plus, you’ll make clay talismans as part of Mabon’s themes of protection and gratitude, and reflect on the seasons past and future. Sat 19 Sept will be a relaxing afternoon of reconnection and creative inspiration - come and join us to explore, learn new skills and celebrate the change in seasons 🍂

We’re heading to Peggy's Bristol in Bedminster, for our Lino Printing & Autumn Reflections workshop - an evening to reset, get creative and welcome autumn with intention ✨

This warm, cosy space is a proud independent, with coffee shops on two of Bristol’s best high streets - North Street and Gloucester Road. It’s the perfect backdrop for transitioning into autumn, reflecting back on summer, and getting creative with it 🥰

We’re teaming up with the amazing Art Cafe Bristol for this event, so the lovely Ingrid and Grace will teach you to lino print (starting with the basics for any beginners!). Then, Sami and Yvette’ll guide you through some reflective meditation and journalling practices, ready for autumn. Materials provided, just bring yourself and a curious mind 🍂

Creative Rituals Community is starting tomorrow! 🥳

Join us for a relaxed, welcoming evening of creativity, chats and connection, starting this week in Weston-super-Mare, and next week in Bristol, on Tuesday evenings, 7-9pm. Bring along an unfinished project, start something new, do some journalling, have a doodle, read a book, or simply enjoy being around other creative peeps 🎨

Each session has a theme for you to interpret in your own way. We'll share the themes in advance and provide plenty of prompts and inspiration if you're feeling stuck. No experience needed, no pressure, no expectation to create a masterpiece. Plus, Leah from is teaming up with us to supply some book recommendations 📖

Think: creative club, accountability group, and time just for you

Tickets: £4 per session or all 4 sessions for £12
