We’re now supplying bratwurst to the amazing Bruhaha on Wells Road. A trad brat recipe with pork shoulder, pork belly and a rich warm seasoning including nutmeg, garlic and, of course, white pepper.

We’re selling Britain’s best bangers from 11am tomorrow outside Fox & West Wells Road, Totterdown. We’ve got a great selection on the grill including the Peppery Pig breakfast banger, the half pork shoulder / half steak Oxford Bastard, the Jamaican Jerk sausage, a mildly seasoned Chipolata for the kids and the Delectable Vegan sausage. Also got a banging sausage and haggis sausage roll going if carbs are needed…
