✨ TABLE PLANS ✨

I’ve said it a thousand times, and still stand strong on this… if your wedding guest count is over 100 or so, alphabetising your physical table plan is the way to go! 🙌🏻

👉🏻 Easier & quicker for guests to find their name & table number, rather than scanning each table to try to find their seats
👉🏻 Avoids any bottle-neck scenario at the room entrance
👉🏻 Minimises potential delays before the couple’s grand entrance/speeches/starters (efficiency = your caterers will love you 😉)

If opting for a traditional table/guest layout (for example where your tables are named after meaningful things/places - rather than numbered), I’m here for that, but do be mindful to allocate sufficient time during the end of your drinks reception for guests to be called in & to navigate to their seats 🙌🏻

LOVE this full-length fabric seating plan which we clipped to the ceiling of the marquee entrance at one of our recent weddings - which was also highly transportable as it was flown over with our couple from the USA 🇺🇸

Champagne towers add a touch of glitz & glamour to any event, but particularly weddings! This trend is still holding strong for 2025 & beyond, so here are our top tips to ensure it goes smoothly (whilst minimising risk of breakage)!

✨ Choose glassware wisely - a steady, flat surface is a must, and coupe glasses are perfect to create a steady tower & a beautiful cascade. We loved using these gold rimmed crystal-cut glasses to create the structure, adding additional draping for extra texture & dimension

✨ Quality over quantity - you don’t need to provide a glass for every guest! Having a smaller, private pour makes for incredible photos, without compromising on the tower’s stability

✨ Part-pour the glasses - having the lower glasses semi-filled leads to a much quicker pour time for photos. The bigger the tower, the longer the photos will take

✨ Timing - delay stacking up the tower for as long as possible (especially in high-traffic areas where it could be accidentally knocked) - 5-10 minutes prior is the ideal

✨ Lighting - ensure that the bottles are well-chilled before pouring (adding to the glistening effect, whilst minimising excess additional foam), and choose your location carefully - outdoors is perfect depending on the time of day, but indoors can equally work well as long as positioned in a well-lit area.

✨ Communication - remember to check with your venue that 1) a champagne tower is permitted on the premises, 2) who will be providing the glassware & additional fizz, and 3) who will be responsible for setting it up. Many venues and caterers stipulate in their contracts that they don’t offer this service, so lining up an external wedding planner or coordinator who can organise this on your behalf 🙋🏼‍♀️, or designating a trusted member of your wedding party may be essential! Also speak to your photographer to let them know that a scheduled champagne pour is part of your plans, and be guided by them as to where & when best to take place for the best photos 💕

Just WOW!! This was such an exceptional weekend, bringing together all the components of Becca & Cameron’s awesome wedding 🙌🏻

With 95% of guests based internationally & flying in mostly from the USA (therefore lots of logistics), a whirlwind of London & Bath stays, and the most epic culmination of their wedding day at !

So much more to follow… congratulations again & - it’s been a blast, and a total pleasure working with you both! ❤️🥂

This is your reminder to bring along all the important detail elements if you’d like your photographer to capture these on your wedding day morning!

You’ve spent months (maybe years) planning, so these shots can really encapsulate your wedding journey - from engagement rings, to printed invitations, to your accessories on the day - and of course make for gorgeous photos within your gallery!

Photographers often have a bit of time in amongst ‘getting ready’ prep to capture these shots (and are magically creative, so can be done fairly impromptu), but it’s always a good idea to give them the heads up in advance if these shots are important to you - especially if wanting to combine both partners’ items, or to include particularly sentimental pieces ❤️
