✨ Stunning set-up at for Ffion & Kane ✨

Guests enjoyed starters of ethically sourced with heritage beets, rye crisp, fig & whiskey relish, and hazelnuts, following a selection of our signature canapés (crispy pork belly with quince / truffle mac & cheese / buttermilk fried chicken).

Vegetarians were treated to burrata with confit tomato, while mains featured aged Hereford beef tagliata with confit potato and a beautiful summer pithivier for the V’s.

Dessert was a crowd-pleasing sticky toffee pudding and homemade whiskey ice cream (laphroaig no less!).

💐 The flowers were absolutely breathtaking, created by the bride herself — , what a stunning display!

Bit late to the party with this one (we’ve been flat out and I always seem to drop the Insta ball 🙈), but back in July we had the joy of catering the opening night for a series of events with CoolFarm at the beautiful .estate .

Belmont is all about environmental restoration, sustainable food production, climate action and the reconnection of people to nature, food and one another. Totally in tune with our own ethos of sustainable, seasonal cookery — right down to the canapés we served on platters made from our own food waste from .and.wasted

100 guests enjoyed a menu of canapés, bowl food and desserts, with drinks service expertly led by Henry and his brilliant team at Belmont. An inspiring place, beautiful people, and a real privilege to be part of it.

A secret idle in the sky. Hidden above Cannon Bridge Station, a stunning English country garden nestled amongst the rooftops. Perfect summer location for a party in the city for Historic England last month.

Huge thanks to my brilliant team of chefs for cooking for 275 guests in a kitchen with a view (a rare treat to swap the basements for sunshine and skyline!).

Guests grazed on circulating finger foods and street eats, finishing with our signature chocolate salted caramel brownies and this year’s new favourite – mini Piña Colada meringues.

Perfectly paired wines from and expert bar service from completed the evening.

A magical wedding weekend for Jack & Alex ✨
Guests dined under a stunning mustard yellow and pink Indian marquee nestled in the garden, before moving to the orangery for a vibrant after party.

Despite the morning downpour, the sun broke through just in time—proof that sometimes running an hour late from the church is a blessing in disguise ☀️

Special shout out to the bathtub of disco balls!

A joy to be part of B & L’s wedding at the beautiful in Frome. The barn was bathed in natural light, and the day flowed with good food, warm hearts, and a very well-behaved pooch.

Big thanks to James and his brilliant day management team, my incredible FoH lead Scarlet, and the chefs who brought it all together. And of course to Katie for the stunning venue.

Guests enjoyed canapés served on our beautiful commission platters made from our own food waste by Alice followed by two delicious courses, featuring a charcuterie selection from and vibrant mixed leaves from .marketgarden. Full menu pic 1.

A beautiful evening catering for alumni at the incredible gallery, surrounded by works from Chris Ofili, Tracey Emin, David Hockney and so many more.

The amazing Alice .and.wasted has taken our kitchen food waste, processed it and turned it into these incredible platters for our canapés. And here they are on their first outing with cucumber cups, baba g and pomegranate and corn fritters, coconut crème fraiche, avocado and pickled pink onion.

Utterly unique and totally wonderful. Such a cool way to use up our waste product and create something so lovely. I just need to stop stroking them long enough to put canapés on them.

Absolute pleasure to be back for another year cooking for for the prize awards ceremony. The amazing finalists and their 250 guests enjoyed champagne and sparkling wine with canapés of:

Tuna tartar, ginger and soy, sriracha aioli, tempura nori crackers, katsubushi flakes (my new favourite)

Sweetcorn and pea fritters, jalapeño gel, avocados and pickled pink onion

Lovage and Gruyère fritters, wild garlic pesto

Filo cups, baba g and Greek salad

Fried chicken, confit garlic aioli

Followed by bowls of :

Spinach and ricotta Malfatti, tomato sauce, Bufalo mozzarella, pine nuts.

Wild rice salad, sticky aubergine, glazed puffed tofu, Korean sauce, spring onions & sesame

Charred brassicas, spiced chickpea, smoked paprika crispy cavolo nero.

It’s all about pudding! Introducing some of our lovely desert platters…. Our family style banquet menu allows you to select from a number of seasonal mini puds to create your dream dessert platter. Shot glasses with gooseberry fool, classic lemon posset or classy pana cotta. Indulgent salted caramel brownies, orange blossom Madeline’s, mini pavlovas, pistacchio frangipane, lemon tarts and cheese cakes are just some of the options on the list. Plus we will add new items to the menu if there was a favorite pudding you you like served.. Always decorated with fresh fruits and flower petals, sugared almonds or meringue shards. Tis the season for wedding tastings!

Your wedding should reflect your unique taste and style which is why we invite our couples to join us for a bespoke tasting. Crafting the perfect menu for your special day is a journey we take together and our tastings help you to savour, refine and personalise every dish to ensure it’s nothing short of exceptional.

All the best weddings start with a canapé or two (if I was to get married again I think it might be all canapés!) Here are some of my favourite canapés on this year.

Back by popular demand with a new dusting of poppy seeds - Parmesan Sable, goats cheese, pickled beet hearts.

Sweetcorn fritter, avocado, pink onion (vegan)

Filet of beef tartar, black rice cracker, confit egg yolk

Quail egg, black sushi

Tempura oyster mushroom, porcini aioli, pickled shimeji (vegan)

Goats cheese, charred onion crostini

Confit potato cake, ox cheek, house pickles

Bocconcini, yellow nectarine, rosemary

Korean fried cauliflower (also in chicken format!)
