Stunning set up for the celebration of S & J a few weekends ago. What a beautiful table set up with elegant coloured linens from and the most beautiful flowers from .floral.

Guests enjoyed canapés of wild garlic and tomato crostini / ethically sourced with fig relish / pork belly fritters, quince and pickled watermelon - served on platters made from our own food waste by .and.wasted.

A 3 course dinner followed : our house cured laphroaig whisky and muscovado salmon with stem ginger / stuffed chicken with black garlic and apple tart Tatin and cinnamon ice cream to finish - very few pics! Always too busy serving it all up.

Another fabulous awards ceremony last night for their annual Deuche Borse photography prize. Huge congratulations to the winner and finalists.

250 guests across 6 floors of gallery space enjoyed a selection of canapés - confit potato, raclette, wild garlic / tempura oyster mushrooms / broad bean arancini / whipped ricotta & heritage beets. Followed by bowls of - aubergine schnitzel, mojo rojo sauce / wild mushroom risotto / spiced tofu bento.

Fairytale wedding for Theo & Anna .

What a dream set up…. Canapés by the lily pond - resplendent with water fountain rainbow! Followed by dinner in the great hall, post dinner coffee in the long gallery and back to the hall for live music and dancing.

Working in the original castle kitchen was incredible - complete with displays of historic cooking equipment (and a single asparagus cooker?! ) A full food post will follow….

But so many thanks to Jess and her wonderful castle team and to my amazing team of chefs and floor staff, working tirelessly behind the scenes to make this such a special day. What a way to start our 2026 season.

Beautiful event catering for and their 200 guests at a stunning venue near Marble Arch — illuminated by over 3,200 candles and the incredible live gospel choir.

The evening marked an amazing milestone: 1 million vitamin donations in partnership with , impacting thousands of women and children around the world. What a privilege to be part of such a meaningful celebration.

Guests were welcomed with a glass of bubbles and our festive Christmas canapés — lobster mini rolls, fried chicken, house-cured gravlax blinis, blue corn tacos with miso mushrooms, beef filet carpaccio and more. All put together by our chefs in candle light!

What a team, what a great set-up.

Elegant setup for R&P and their 120 guests.
Led by our brilliant team, the calm before guest arrival — neutral tones, bare wood, and a tree indoors for a quietly striking look. And those pears - perfectly inspired choice by the lovely bride from her very own pear trees. 🍐🍐

Beautifully laid tables by Harriet and the floor team, with hire from with a cheeky snap mid-set-up - having a hug over the linens! (and that cake!).

✨ A wedding weekend for Jenny & Angus ✨
What a magical few days — three days, three completely different looks, all beautifully styled by the amazing Katie and her team 💫

Friday: elegant monochrome and gold for the guests’ arrival dinner, served in the main house dining room.

Saturday: a walled garden ceremony beneath the stretch tent, followed by canapés of Marinated tofu, kohlrabi, miso mayo, enoki mushroom & wonton crisp /
Korean fried cauliflower, Siracha mayo, spring onions, black sesame /
Vietnamese Chicken salad, wonton cup /
Squid ink arancini, saffron aioli, prawn, red pepper & chorizo salsa / Aperols and Pimm’s on the lawn.

Guests then moved to the main barn for a spectacular banquet — vibrant colours, gold bead chains, and sharing mains (no pics again! but guests shared these highlights 👇).

Hot smoked trout, beetroot quails’ eggs, heritage beets, dill & lemon aioli
Heritage tomato tart Tatin, aged balsamic, caper berries, wild rocket dips and freshly baked bread.

Butterfly herbed chicken, confit garlic aioli, Italian artichoke, summer vegetables &
caper salsa

Giant couscous, Mediterranean vegetables, pine nuts & fresh herbs
Rosemary roast potatoes, truffle oil, parmesan

Roast root vegetables, aged balsamic & toasted seeds
Then it was back out to the garden for cocktail hour while we flipped the dining room ready for dancing and dirty fries — and the after party in the venue’s own basement club (yes, a club in the cellar!).

Sunday: hangovers cured with brunch platters and Bloody Marys, flags and all, thanks to the Style & Wonder crew — before retreating to the pool for a party and burgers 🍔☀️

What a weekend, what a way to celebrate. So happy to have been part of it — huge thanks to Katie and her incredible team, and to my own amazing crew. I get to work with my friends all weekend… what a job ! Love and endless happiness to the beautiful couple ❤️

✨ Stunning set-up at for Ffion & Kane ✨

Guests enjoyed starters of ethically sourced with heritage beets, rye crisp, fig & whiskey relish, and hazelnuts, following a selection of our signature canapés (crispy pork belly with quince / truffle mac & cheese / buttermilk fried chicken).

Vegetarians were treated to burrata with confit tomato, while mains featured aged Hereford beef tagliata with confit potato and a beautiful summer pithivier for the V’s.

Dessert was a crowd-pleasing sticky toffee pudding and homemade whiskey ice cream (laphroaig no less!).

💐 The flowers were absolutely breathtaking, created by the bride herself — , what a stunning display!
