lyrics.

Anne-Marie's songs tell stories of freedom, capitalism, and human
connection, presenting a lucid lyrical landscape with percussive guitar rhythms. Following the release of her debut EP Anne-Marie received attention from Songwall, Raw Sound TV, and the BBC. Anne-Marie's third BBC radio play was the title track for her EP "Intuition" in which BBC described her music as: "Stunning and confident, taking you to another place!"

This year's Outcider Festival line-up delivered in style.

Every act pulled a crowd and played an absolute blinder.

The interaction between performers and audience was very special - everyone locked in and sharing the moment ✨

Off stage all performers were a pleasure to work with - such genuine, positive people as well as talented musicians. It's such a buzz to see artists sticking around, getting involved and staying overnight - further proof of the community that has grown within the festival.

Special thanks again to Imprints and Native James for making the Saturday a massive success in the face of adversity ❤

Putting together a line-up this strong at a festival so small, involves a lot of trust and goodwill from artists and agents. We want to express our thanks to them all for keeping the grassroots strong 💪

After partying with lots of you mad Fuelled By Cider badgers at Outcider Festival last weekend, our attention is turning slowly to In Cider Festival on 5th - 7th February!

We'll soon be announcing our initial line-up to get the excitement up to the next level 😎

In the meantime bookings are open for Double, Twin and Triple berth rooms, with Doubles available in limited numbers 🛌

Full weekend tickets include half board accommodation, music, entertainment and leisure facilities including games room and indoor pool.

Already no stranger to the folk scene, Paul Armer has been making waves on the bluegrass circuit and wowing audiences up and down the country.

The Dawn Chorus was formed when the four met at one of the UK's finest traditional bluegrass festivals and went on to win the scratch-band competition. It was immediately obvious they had something special and they've been working non-stop ever since, writing new music and refining their sound.

Paul Armer & The Dawn Chorus released their debut EP, Heartaches and Mistakes, on November 14th, following it up with a nationwide tour supporting American, chart-topping, bluegrass/hip-hop fusion band Gangstagrass.

Infinite thanks to our Monday site break crew (pictured, plus Toby & Eldin) who set new records for time, efficiency and tidiness today in flippin' hot temperatures!

Amazing work helped by the cleanest Outcider Festival campsite in history (give yourselves a round of applause!) and some top notch nosh from Events Horizon catering.

Incredible to think that our mad little festival can be taken down and put away in just six and a half hours, and the land returned to its custodians Fernhill Farm - An Arcadian Place to Stay.

Outcider Festival you bunch of winners!!!!

Saturday was an absolute wand of Mendip magic.

Your belief, positivity and support was incredible, and proof that the Fuelled By Cider festival family is the best in the universe. Thanks to you all for turning disappointment into triumph!

As for Native James and Imprints - all our love and respect for providing those genuine "I was there" moments. Incredible scenes.

Now let's do Sunday!!!!!

📯 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📯

After a simply incredible Thursday and Friday at Outcider Festival, it's a shame to kick off today with some disappointing news. But such is life, and as ever we are problem solves with a solution in hand!

Due to band illness our headliners The Molotovs will not be able to perform tonight. The band send their deepest apologies for any disappointment caused, but there is simply no way Matt can perform. And whilst we share this disappointment as organisers, our first thoughts are for Matt's health and we wish him a very speedy recovery. We hope to see the band back on a Fuelled By Cider stage before too long.

With such short notice our options have been very limited. However we have been working very hard behind the scenes and have made a decision that we believe represents this festival's spirit and ethos, while proving to be an absolute winner in the longer term...

The amazing Native James will now step up as our headliner tonight. Since booking them many months ago NJ have truly exploded on the alternative scene, and we've been pinching ourselves that they're coming to play Outcider! Standout performances at Download and 2000 Trees festivals, national radio play and rave reviews across all platforms have placed the band on the verge of very big things. Are they ready to headline Outcider Festival? We say HELL YEAH and Native James agree 💪😎

Stepping into NJ's vacated 7pm slot will be some very special surprise guests to be revealed. We are pretty damn sure you will approve :)

After 13 years and many, many festivals this is the first time we have lost our main headliner with a few hours notice. We really do appreciate that some folk will be disappointed. But sh*t happens, and when it does it's all about how you deal with it. We are certain that the Outcider family will get behind us and turn this into a famous chapter in this festival's story. We urge every single one of you to turn out and watch all the bands tonight, so you can proudly boast that “I was there” when it all went down.
