As we're getting ready to wrap up 2023, we're casting our memory back to what we achieved in 2022, and the businesses we collaborated with.

Towards the end of last year, the senior team at ODEON Cinemas Group embarked on a three-day studio hire to deliver a live streamed business update to their teams spanning across Europe.

ClinkClink was tasked with supporting the ODEON team with orchestrating and executing two distinct streams - one for Northern Europe and the other for Southern Europe - within the same tight timeframe, complete with thorough rehearsals for both.

This marked our second year collaborating with ODEON on such projects, and we are thrilled to report yet another seamless and successful outcome.

The brief: An engaging event to host 90 speakers. Ensuring that all requirements were met - from remote callers, through visual and hearing accessibility needs, to product demos live on stage.

The solution: This conference requires high levels of creative organisation across the 2 days and 5 stages - everyone needed apt time to present; coordinating the technology for a seamless experience for the attendees.

Last night (end of Day 1) at the Project Controls Expo UK at Wembley Stadium brought the Awards Ceremony and so very many worthy winners.

With a drinks reception before and a dinner after, the Award Ceremony was incredible to help organise. Recognising the skills and achievements in the wide field of Project Controls is key to the Expo's ethos of fostering a network for innovation, and creating a platform for best practices in the field.
