CHERYL ROWLANDS SCHOOL OF DRAMA
“Winners never quit, Quitters never win.”
Giving your child the best possible start, no matter what their dramatic ability, by building confidence and inspiring teamwork. OUR ETHOS
Starting with just one pupil in 1998, the locally based, family run Cheryl Rowlands School of Drama caters for children between the ages of 3 and 14 years-of-age. Our classes are open

to any child who wishes to have the opportunity to tread the boards. There is no audition process: all are welcome, regardless of ability and the only requirement is that pupils are keen, hard working and committed to their drama activities. Drama classes have the emphasis placed on fun, enthusiasm and teamwork; it is effort and perseverance that are rewarded, rather than a natural talent for stage work. The Cheryl Rowlands School of Drama has successfully proven that even the shyest of children can develop confidence before an audience or in their daily lives if they are given the opportunity. ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
The Drama School is proud to boast of its additional opportunities open to its students. Those who show a natural ability are encouraged to progress through our In-House Agency and encouraged to work towards national qualifications through LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art). Many pupils have auditioned for stage, and television and various pupils have been commissioned for professional work. Notable credits include Skins, Mistresses, Being Human and Casualty as well as stage productions of Snow White and The Wizard of Oz. With regard to our service, whether it is for group drama classes, one to one tuition, LAMDA coaching or professional auditions, we are confident that locally we are second-to-none in delivering what we offer in terms of value-for-money, dedication to our pupils and outside opportunities. http://cherylrowlandsschoolofdrama.yolasite.com/ or visit our blog http://cherylrowlandsschoolofdrama.wordpress.com/
Please telephone 01275 818550 before your first initial visit, to ensure your visit is appropriate to your child's age. Many thanks.

Hi all, it has been brought to our attention that someone is going around Portishead High Street and systematically removing our Notices from the Community Notice Boards. So far, a total of 10 have been removed on several different occasions and it is becoming rather expensive to have to keep replacing them only to have them taken again. If anyone sees this person doing this, can you please let us know. Thank you.
