Amazon Workout The Amazon workout was created by Soeli O'Hagan.

The AMAZON WORKOUT is a class designed to bring challenging combat conditioning techniques and movements to the general public. Created by Founder Soeli O'Hagan in 2008 it has been consistently popular throughout various venues in Bristol; most recently being homed at Impact Gym with its head instructor Soeli. Since taking on two more instructors it has extended the reach further and aims to suppl

y more new and exciting workouts to a larger audience. The class involves explosive cardiovascular drills, classic and unorthodox body weight movements and muscular endurance routines designed to tone up, strengthen, burn fat and work every muscle in the body throughout the class! AMAZON WORKOUT is for absolutely everyone, from experienced gym goers to first timers; this class has something for everybody. Above pushing through challenging sessions, breaking through comfort zones and seeing amazing results you are guarenteed to have fun and never be bored with the same old routine!
