Baby Willa came into the studio yesterday afternoon with her family for a Rainbow Baby Shoot.
A “Rainbow baby” is a baby that has been born into a family following a loss experienced through miscarriage, still birth, premature birth or infant loss.
A Rainbow baby is the understanding that the beauty of a rainbow follows a storm.
When a rainbow appears it does not mean that the storm had never happened or that the family is not still grieving. What it means is that something beautiful and full of light and colour can appear amongst all of the darkness and clouds.
Kamara Photography offers one free wrapped newborn mini shoot to one family per month, who have experienced any of these losses.
These shoots are offered on a first come, first served basis so it may not be possible to offer this shoot to everyone that applies.
