Stratford-upon-Avon → Birmingham… and plenty of miles in between 🚗

It’s been a busy month for the team managing a 3-day residential education event in Stratford-upon-Avon, bringing together delegates for parallel sessions, networking and organised evening dinners.

Behind every seamless event is a lot of moving parts, planning and on-site coordination… and this one has been no exception!

As for Vickie… let’s just say she’s been collecting hotel stays 😅 From the Crowne Plaza Stratford-upon-Avon to Macdonald Alveston Manor Hotel and then onto Aloft Birmingham Eastside, three hotels in one week!

A busy month, plenty of miles clocked up, but fantastic events delivered 👏

An event of this scale takes intricate planning and seamless coordination behind the scenes, from accommodation management and activity scheduling to networking opportunities and every operational detail in between.

The highlight? An amazing transformation of the conference space into an immersive forest-themed gala dinner 🌿✨

Residential events are all about creating an experience and it’s always rewarding seeing months of planning come together to deliver something special for our clients.

Berry is our Venue & Events Administrator!

Working behind the scenes, Berry is on hand to answer any delegate query, big or small and liaise with suppliers to help events run smoothly from start to finish. With a background in hospitality and customer service administration, no request is ever too much and she brings a genuine passion for helping people to every event she supports.

Berry is especially excited to be on site at events, getting stuck in and supporting the team wherever needed.

Outside of work, Berry is a language and translation graduate who loves to travel and put her Spanish skills to good use. She also enjoys any opportunity to head to the beach when she can! ⛱️
