As wedding season is underway and we’re getting lots of lovely enquiries for 2027 and beyond, I thought it would be helpful to explain how booking your wedding flowers with us works.
After your initial enquiry, we’ll check our availability and if we are free on your wedding date then we’ll get a complimentary consultation booked in where we’ll chat through what you’d like, colours and style. If you’ve got inspiration photos then this is the time to share them with us as it’s a great starting point for us to get creative and think about how to bring your vision to life.
Once you’ve received your quote and mood board and you’ve decided that we’re the right florist for you then we’ll ask for a booking fee to be paid which reserves your date and comes off of your total balance. If you’ve decided we’re not quite the right fit for you then no problem, just let us know so we can mark that date as available for other couples.
Around 6 weeks before the wedding we’ll have a final catch up to run through everything and make sure there’s no final changes needed. Your balance is due a month before the wedding and then we’ll see you on the day to deliver the flowers to you and setup any floral decorations at your venue.
