👏 Neil Liley – Service Manager, Weston-super-Mare
Neil has been with Drive for an incredible 10 years, starting with 2 years in Central before moving to East for 8 years. He progressed from Senior Service Advisor to Service Manager at East, and now takes on an exciting new challenge as Service Manager at our Weston-super-Mare location. His leadership and experience will be a fantastic asset to the team—congratulations, Neil!

Chris' journey with Drive began as a Parts Apprentice in 2005, and over the past 20 years, he has gained extensive experience across multiple roles:
✅ Parts Department: 5 years
✅ Service Advisor: 5 years
✅ Senior Service Advisor: 8 years
✅ Workshop Controller: 1.5 years

With such a wealth of knowledge and dedication, Chris has now been promoted to Service Manager at Bristol East! His long-standing commitment to Drive makes this a well-deserved step forward.
