We’re Hiring: Events Operations Manager 🚀
TJR Group is looking for an experienced Events Operations Manager to join our growing team.

📍 Location: Office based in Basingstoke & Portsmouth, with travel to event sites across the UK
💼 Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
📅 Experience Required: 5+ years in event based operations management
The Role:
You will be working across a variety of events ranging from family-focused festivals & events, light trails, and immersive seasonal event experiences across the UK.
You’ll take ownership of operational delivery - managing logistics, suppliers, staffing, site operations, and ensuring every event runs smoothly from planning through to ex*****on.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience managing event operations end to end
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage logistics, teams, suppliers, and on-site ex*****on
• Comfortable working across multiple locations and travelling nationwide
